Clarence Alfaro

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology) – In Progress

First Aid/CPR

Clarence is very passionate about health and fitness whether it is training to compete for the Herd or coaching a new herd member how to squat or snatch correctly – he loves being around all levels. At an early age Clarence was involved in many sports which include football, volleyball, baseball & track and field.  Now you can find him playing and coaching dodgeball at the national and international level for Team Manitoba. During university he was introduced to Crossfit by fellow coach and best friend Hugo. After his first WOD he was hooked, and has never looked back since. Because of this, he now calls Crossfit 431 his second home. Clarence is extremely interested (almost obsessively), in functional movement and proper lifting techniques, but is truly inspired to help people expand their own capabilities and possibilities.  (
