Jenna has a passion for all things fitness. Her love for movement started in Highland Dance, competing at a provincial and national level. From there she went on to play University Volleyball in Ontario. Over the years she has spent many hours coaching athletes of all ages in Field Hockey and Volleyball. Once her Volleyball journey was over she was in search of what would come next. Thats when a friend introduced her to CrossFit. CrossFit’s competitive and team spirit is what instantly got her attention but the constant ability to learn new skills and techniques is what had her hooked. She loves mobility, stretching and self-care and promises to make you do a lot of it before and after class. (
