Registration is now open for CrossFit 431’s ‘A Nightmare On Wall Street’!!!

When: October 31st, 2015

Where: 729 Wall Street

Time: 11am-330pm

Cost: FREE!!!

To register for the competition please send your team name and team members names to jeff@crossfit431.com OR sign up at the box no later than October 30th, 2015.

Competition Rules:

Teams of 4 (8 teams max – first come first serve!!!)

Teams MUST dress in a team costume and provide a team name.

Two of the 4 team members MUST be current members of CF431.

Ages 6+

Movements/Standard modifications will be offered for each event with a subsequent scoring penalty.

CrossFit competition starts promptly at 1130am.

There will be a warmup area for each team, and movement standards/workout overviews will be outlined 5 minutes prior to each workout.

There will be prizes available for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams AS WELL AS the best dressed individual and best dressed team.

There will be 3 WODs and 1 Skill Related Event that will be released on Gate Night.

Food and drinks will be supplied but please feel free to bring your own favourite Halloween treats!!!
